Send 'Text to Pay' to Guests

Convenient way to pay for call ahead orders without giving sensitive credit card numbers over the phone

Order Takers can text links to customers to pay quickly, easily and securely via smartphone.  No app, download, or guest log in is required.


Once the phone number is added to the ticket, press the [SMS] button and the customer immediately receives a text message with a link to pay their ticket.


Guests can pay by ApplePay or Credit Card and even add a tip if enabled. Upon completion of payment, the ticket is immediatly marked paid in the POS app.

Send 'Table Ready' Texts to Guests

with Built-In Host Waitlist Management

There’s no need for those bulky, costly, limited-range buzzers. Keep track of guests from arrival through their order by managing your waitlist using our directly-integrated system.


Add guests, send text messages to their mobile phones when their table is ready, drag and drop guests to their table, and add previously ordered menu items to new tickets.


If the Scan to Pay feature is enabled for the current room then the notification SMS that the guest receives will also inform them that they can download the mobile app to pay for their meal.

Using the Kitchen Display System (KDS), when orders are bumped off the KDS text messages can be automatically sent to your waiting guests notifying their to-go order is now ready.  Staff can use the POS app to send the same order ready text message to the guest.


This can be very usefull in fast casual or counter service environments when speed of service plays a key part in enhancing the guest experience.

Using Heartland Restaurant Kitchen Display System (KDS), as orders are bumped off the KDS notification alerts can be automatically sent to the POS App to notify staff orders are ready.


This can be very usefull when it's important for cashiers, servers or bartenders to know as soon as an order is ready which helps get food to the table or waiting guest faster.

Send 'Order Information' Texts to Your Delivery Drivers

Perfect for operators that have drivers delivering food orders to your customers.


When a driver is assigned to a delivery order, the order information can be automatically texted to the driver's phone, which helps streamline with maping for the fastest route.


Allow Guest to Receive Text Receipts from Kiosk Stations

When your guests order and pay at the kiosk stations, they can select to receive a receipt by text or email.

Allows Staff to be Notified when Guests Pay by QR Code Contactless Payments

The free built-in Scan to Pay feature can be enabled allowing contactless payments for guests to pay by scanning the QR Code on the bottom of their ticket.


Upon completion of payment by ApplePay or Credit Card, the staff assigned to the ticket is immediately notified by SMS as well as the ticket being automatically marked paid in the POS app.
