FS-3700 PC Workstation Software

PC Workstation Software (PCWS) is a powerful Windows XP based
management utility allowing the use of a back office PC to
manage the the TEC FS-3700 System.
PCWS
resides on an in-store PC and communicates directly to the
FS-3700 system via the network. When activity that occurs
at any station is broadcasted to other FS-3700 workstations, PCWS is also updated, resulting in real-time management
reporting from the PC. No polling is required.

| Reporting
PC
Workstation gives managers instantaneous access to
FS-3700 reports at any time from the PC. The
reports are reformatted for a more comprehensive view of
the store's financial, product mix, and other
activity.
Since
the PCWS is in constant communications with the FS-3700
stations, there is no station polling and/or
consolidation processes that must take place. All
data is available for up to the moment reporting.
PCWS
provides flexibility in reporting as well.
Managers have the ability to generate reports based on
user defined start and end dates, and filter views based
on Revenue Center, Station, Shift, or User.

Base Maintenance
PC Workstation
allows the manager to perform necessary programming changes to the FS-3700 data
base tables at the PC in a user friendly and familiar method.
The Windows based
application presents the data base in a more organized and structured format,
making the data base easier and more accessible.

Screen
Editor
Included with the
ability to setup and maintain all of the data base tables is the ability to
define the touch screen layouts.
Editing these
screens through PCWS with it's 'click and drag' approach greatly simplifies this
management function.

Inventory
PC Workstation
makes it possible to manage the FS-3700 inventory system from the back office
PC. Managers will have the ability to perform functions such as entering
transfers and waste, as well as, entering receipts and ending inventory.
Product
definitions allow creation of individual recipes for raw ingredient usage
reporting.

Labor
Module
The FS-3700
payroll system can also be managed from PC Workstation. PCWS allows quick
edits of employee punch times and generation of payroll reports including
employee timecard and labor to sales information.
