RESERVATIONS Take reservations in
multiple locations in a restaurant at the same time. You no longer need to look for the
book, or take notes on a napkin. Speed the process, eliminate the guesswork, reduce the
mistakes, control tables and availability times.
CUSTOMER RECOGNITION - Provides immediate
guest history, enhancing guest recognition. You can display special characteristics, make
special requests for the reservation and keep notes on the guest that appear each time a
reservation is made.
MULTIPLE RESTAURANTS You can take
reservations for multiple restaurants, from each restaurant and/or centrally. If a guest
calls for a reservation, and the restaurant is fully booked, you can book a reservation in
one of the other restaurants. This feature allows you to retain all of your guests.
CENTRAL RESERVATIONS With the
multiple restaurant feature you can establish a central reservation service. The
reservations for the day can then be sent to the restaurant via computer, with their own
RSViP terminal, or print the list and fax it to the restaurant.
WAIT LIST MANAGEMENT - To manage a wait
list, simply enter names on computer wait list. Eliminate the paper list, conveying a
sense of organization and efficiency to your guests. Speeds up the process of managing
names. Keep guests from leaving for another restaurant. If using the ProHost
Table Management System, RSViP sends daily reservations to the ProHost wait list.
ELIMINATE PAPER PASSING - Pass names
automatically from the reservationist to the Maitre D, or take reservations right at
the front door. Eliminate paper passing, reduce time required to manage the reservations
and the wait list.
LARGE PARTY MANAGEMENT - Notify the hostess
that a large party or reservation requires tables to be blocked for seating. Reduces large
party errors and time required for management.
SEAT
BLOCKING MANAGEMENT - Global level and Restaurant level blocking features enable restaurants to block a specific percentage of seats for special seating, such as VIPs, hotel
guests, outside guests, and those that use the Internet for booking. Each block is prioritized and, if set as Dynamic, can
extract seats from a lower priority block when their percentage of seats is used up. This provides a maintenance free
reallocation of seats to guests with a higher priority.

real time management information. Eliminates the guesswork, speeds decision making.
Increases efficiency and seat utilization.
MARKETING REPORTS The reporting
function gives you the ability to print several very valuable reports for guest retention.
You can also manage reservations, confirmations, special requests, etc. Guest information
can be exported for label making, for marketing mailers.
